Tributes Group has been a provider of commemorative hockey plaques through its association as a provider to Hockey Calgary for many Years. Plaques are provided in various sizes with 2 distinct style. For references, please see the style types below.
FAQS:
Pictures: Pictures should be provided to us in a digital format with high resolution (best quality possible). We no longer dry mount customer-provided photos.
Roster Names: Names should be given to us typed in a Word Document or Excel Spreadsheet format. Please place them in order of how they appear in the team photo. First row ..., Second row ..., ect.
Medal Mounting: All medals (depending on plaque style) should be collected and forwarded to us at the time of order placement. Do not write the player names on the back of the medal as they are placed in no given order.
Setup Charge: There is a $50.00 setup charge regardless of the quantity ordered. Excessive changes to the artwork proof that will be provided to you prior to production will be billed at $15.00 per revision.
Artwork: Please provide your team logo in a vector format if possible. Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Encapsulated Postscript (.eps) work best for us. If this cannot be provided, please send us a high resolution image. Please provide your team photo in high resolution also.
Proof: You will receive an artwork proof prior to the production of the plaques. We cannot make changes once you approve the artwork proof.
