As a MetalPhoto® Manufacturer Tributes Group Inc. provides anodized aluminum plating to the manufacturing and the oil and gas market. With over 10 years experience in the production of MetalPhoto® we have strict internal guidelines for quality control. Tributes Group Inc. provides MetalPhoto® in 0.012, 0.020, and 0.032 thickness in satin grade aluminum. We also provide Polystripper® and screened Econolum®. Plating can be ordered with or without 3M 467 MP Adhesive or heavyweight Tesa Tape on the back. Please note in our price guidelines that rounded corners and hole punching is an additional cost. Metalphoto Achieves Highest Score on More U.S. Navy Environmental Survivability Tests than Any Other Material
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division announced the results of a year-long evaluation of label materials marked with Item Unique Identification (IUID).
In the study, Metalphoto® earned the highest score possible on 9 of the 10 tests conducted. No other material tested as well, confirming Metalphoto's ability to outperform across an array of harsh environments.
The study subjected 26 label materials to ten laboratory tests designed to simulate desert, marine and submarine operating environments. Tests included resistance to debris/chipping, abrasion, chemicals, temperature ranges and salt fog.
